Zoom Session Preparation

Doing a session via Zoom is an excellent way to experience this work. Many people find it even more relaxing in their own home. However, for the best experience, a few key preparations are needed.

Is a remote session right for you?

  • If you feel comfortable at home and can ensure a distraction-free environment, it will work great!

Requirements

✔ Reliable internet connection
Phone, tablet, or laptop with a camera & microphone
Quiet, comfortable space to lie down or recline
✔ Camera positioned to show your face & torso (side profile view)
No distractions (pets, kids, deliveries)
An open mind 😉

✅ What to Expect

This is a single, three-hour session, structured like this:

  • First Hour
    We’ll set clear intentions, walk through the process, and make sure your audio and video setup is working perfectly. This also helps your mind begin to shift into a relaxed, receptive state.

  • Middle Portion
    You’ll be guided into hypnosis and taken on a deep Soul Journey to explore what your subconscious and spirit want to reveal.

  • Last 30 Minutes
    We’ll gently return and take time to process your experience. You’ll have space to reflect, ask questions, and talk through any emotional breakthroughs or insights that came up.

🔧 Test Your Tech Ahead of Time

Please make sure you’re familiar with Zoom and that your camera and microphone work well. If you're unsure, test everything beforehand using zoom.us/test or ask a friend to help you practice.

📍 Important Tips for a Successful Session

📍 Location & Setup

✔ Choose a quiet, comfortable space (bed, recliner, or couch)
Avoid interruptions (silence phone, no deliveries, pets, or loud noises)
✔ Schedule the session when you are relaxed but not too tired

📷 Device & Camera Placement

✔ Use a fully charged phone, tablet, or laptop
✔ Position the camera to show your face & upper torso (side view preferred)
Prop up your phone if needed (a simple phone stand or tripod works great)

🛒 Recommended: Affordable Tripod ($13) ( Plenty of others out there online )

🎧 Headphones & Microphone

Best option: Wired headphones with a built-in mic (especially with a boom mic for clarity and reliability)

  • If you're using wireless earbuds or wireless headphones, make sure the mic and speaker quality are clear, and that you’ve tested them thoroughly before your session. Sometimes the built-in mics on wireless devices don’t pick up soft voices well or distort sound.

  • iPhone users: you may need a lightning adapter if using wired headphones

Before Your Session

These two audios work together to enhance your journey into hypnosis, past lives, and spiritual exploration—but the second is optional if you have the time.

This short audio helps you discover how you naturally receive impressions during hypnosis—whether visual, kinesthetic, or auditory.

Why is this important?

✅ It allows us to maximize your time exploring past lives instead of testing techniques.

🔹 Step 2: Optional—Deepen Your Practice - Finding Center

While not necessary, if you have time, this foundational 22 minute meditation can only help. It focuses on connecting with the breath and finding your center, strengthening your ability to enter deep, relaxed states.

Building this strong foundation first can enhance your entire experience.

🕒 Session Start Times

  • Sessions start on time (not earlier than 10 min prior)

  • Be a few minutes early to settle in

💧 Limit Liquids (2 hours before) – to avoid bathroom breaks
🚫 No alcohol or recreational drugs (18 hours before)
💊 Prescription meds? – Check with your doctor if they may affect relaxation
Limit caffeine (4 hours before)
🍽 Eat beforehand – Avoid distractions from hunger
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
🛏 Wear comfortable, loose clothing
🔋 Charge all devices fully
📴 Silence phone (DND mode, no alarms)
