Zoom Preparation

I have found that doing a session via Zoom is an excellent way to do this type of work, yet to have a successful remote session there are some additional steps needed.

Some people tend to be more comfortable in their own home and can relax even more in a remote session. It really depends on your comfort level and if your home is distraction free.

Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection.

  • Phone, tablet or laptop computer with a camera and microphone.

  • Comfortable, quiet place to lie down or recline.

  • Placement of phone, tablet or laptop so I can get a profile view ( head and torso)

  • Distraction free environment from pets, kids and amazon delivery’s ;)

  • An open mind ;)

Session Structure

For a ZOOM Session we will split the call into to parts. I have done this to make sure that you are 100% comfortable and any audio or technical glitches are handled during this initial meeting.

First Call:

Intake & Tech Prep 45min

  • We will go over your intake form, be clear on intentions, and make sure you are 100% comfortable for the main session.

  • Discussion of optimal setup and audio levels

  • Explanation of the session process and how hypnosis really works

  • Plan for addressing technical glitches

  • Main session can be scheduled when booking the first call. Please give yourself a few days just in case you need to order a new microphone or headset (if needed)

Second Call:

Main Session - Either Past Life or Soul Journey

We will go over briefly, audio levels and check to make sure you're good to go and then we'll dive right in.


*IMPORTANT TIPS *

Location

Make sure you are in a have a quiet, comfortable and distraction free environment. The best place is in a bed, recliner or a very comfortable couch. Some people worry about falling asleep, but that rarely happens. The key is to schedule a session when you are will be relaxed but not too tired.

Device Placement

  • You can use your phone, tablet or laptop computer, but what ever you use make sure it’s charged up

  • You will want the camera pointing at you so I can see your face and the side of your upper torso Example - if you are laying on a sofa or bed - putting the camera on your left or right side. *I need to be able to see your eyes and either your left or right hand.

    For your phone you may need to prop it up or get a phone holder which you can find on amazon for cheap. This way I can gauge your level of relaxation and guide you through a few hypnotic techniques.

  • Tripod $13 option ( many to choose from this is just one I saw)

Headphones

Wired Headphones with a boom microphone (not wireless)

Wired

  • I have found that simple WIRED headphones with a mic work the best.

  • $14 Option

  • $19 Option

  • $40 Option

    You can also spend a bit more and get bigger gaming headphones which may be more comfortable and block noise better. Just make sure it has a 3.5mm jack

Wireless -Not Ideal

  • Wireless headphones and earbuds have great sound BUT do not have good audio speaker quality, even expensive $350 ones.

  • With wireless you tend to hear me great but I have trouble hearing you, especially when in a deep relaxed state we tend to speak softly.

  • Wireless headphones can die ( even if you have charged them) A wired connection is always preferable.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

ABILITY “TEST”

  • During this 17 min audio I will help you discover your special modality or ability.

    When in a meditative state we access impressions visually, kinesthetic ( Feeling ), or auditory ( Hearing).

    IMPORTANT Please Listen to this prior to our session.

    • By listening you will have a better idea how this works and it will allow us to spend more time exploring your past lives.

DAY OF SESSION

SESSION START TIMES

  • Sessions will start no earlier than 10 min prior to appointment time. Please be on time for your session. Its better to be a few minutes early than late :)

Tips

  • Liquids : Limit drinking any liquids 2 hours prior to the session. This is so you don’t need to use the restroom during the session.

  • Alcohol or recreational drugs : Limit your consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs 18 hours before your session.

  • Prescription Drugs : If you are on prescription medicine that may interfere with allowing you to be in a relaxed state then please consult your doctor.

  • Caffeine: Limit your caffeine intake at least 4hr prior to the session.

  • Eat It doesn’t help when you feel hungry, so make sure you have eaten something prior to the session.

  • Sleep : Do your best to get a good nights sleep day before the session.

  • Be Relaxed Wear loose fitting comfy clothes

  • Charge all devices : Make sure your phone, tablet or computer is fully charged prior to session

  • Silence Phone: Make sure your phone is on DND and there are no alarms set.

  • Distraction free environment : Please make sure that your room your in is free from any distractions due to pets, kids, deliveries, ringing phones ect.

  • Setting the Intention:

    • Having clear intent on what you want to accomplish is key to a successful session. Your Unconscious knows everything about you and will know that you have planned a spiritual regression session, so it will be ready to communicate what is needed when the time comes.

    • If you don’t know what you want, then think about how you want to feel when we are done. ( positive feeling)
