For some you will want to explore of your psyche and the internal map of your Unconscious. This is a place to regain power or release what you don’t need anymore. This is a place to connect with spirit allies to heal, or shake off some negative energy. You may also connect with parts of your psyche that need integration like an inner child or part of you that is fearful or angry.
For others you will want to explore other lifetimes that will help you remember why you are here today. Maybe it's a lifetime where you did live your purpose, or maybe it’s a life where there were challenges that you can learn from. You may also visit different planets or as different forms of energy.

About the Sessions
Since you are familiar with the process we don’t need as much prep time, however I want to make sure we set intentions and make sure we are on the same page. When finished we will spend some time to talk a bit about the experience and pull an oracle card.
Expect around 20-30min for an induction ( guided hypnotic trance ), then about 30-40 min of journey time.
