This is your first guided trance session, designed to gently lead you into a deep state of relaxation and inner focus. Everything you learned in the previous videos comes together here — this is where you begin to apply it all.
🎛️Binaural audio is used throughout, so 🎧headphones are highly recommended for the full effect.
⚠️ Important:
If you haven’t gone through the 👉🏽🔗 basic training videos (Parts 1–3), please do that first.
Skipping them will limit the effectiveness of this audio. Those videos prepare your system to respond more deeply and easily.

Each track has been professionally lowered to –16 dB, so the music gently supports without competing with my voice.
💡 Tip: If you tend to fall asleep during meditation, try doing this session earlier in the day,and avoid doing it in bed. Sit upright in a chair or even lean against a wall to stay alert but relaxed. I’ve intentionally kept most of these meditations under 20 minutes, so you can go deep without getting overly tired or drifting off.
