This is your first guided trance session, designed to gently lead you into a deep state of relaxation and inner focus. Everything you learned in the previous videos comes together here — this is where you begin to apply it all.

⚠️ Important:
If you haven’t gone through the 👉🏽🔗 basic training videos (Parts 1–3), please do that first.
They’re essential. Skipping them will limit the effectiveness of this session. Those videos prepare your mind and body to drop in quickly and deeply.

💡 Pro Tip:
If you tend to fall asleep during meditation, try doing this session earlier in the day—or sit upright in a chair or against a wall. Avoid lying down in bed unless you're using this for rest. This is an active meditation series, designed to awaken awareness—not lull you to sleep.
Most sessions are under 20 minutes, so you can go deep and still return clear and refreshed.
