This guided meditation is designed to help you connect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and release thoughts, worries, and concerns, inviting you into a deep state of relaxation. It’s perfect for any time of day.
The first part of the meditation draws inspiration from a Ram Dass technique centered on the breath, which I absolutely love. I’ve blended his approach with my own style, guiding you to find balance and grounding with every inhale and exhale.
The second part focuses on release. Here, we connect with emotions that need to be let go. This section is inspired by EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), but without the tapping. Instead, we tune into the body, identify any tension or emotions that need to be released, and intentionally let them go. Practicing this regularly can help clear lingering stress and emotional blocks.
The final part incorporates a technique adapted from the Silva Method—a 3-2-1 countdown that guides you through a metaphorical journey of sunrise, noon, and sunset. This approach deepens the sense of relaxation and fosters a profound meditative experience.
