Beneath the Surface
What Is a Soul Journey?
A Soul Journey is the complete guided experience I use to help you turn inward, explore what begins to emerge, and better understand yourself, your patterns, your possibilities, and your deeper inner or spiritual experience.
Past Life Regression, Inner Journeys, Higher Self work, spiritual experiences, guides, symbolic exploration, and emotional work can all exist within a Soul Journey.
The Framework
One Journey. Many Possible Directions.
A Soul Journey is not simply another name for Past Life Regression. Past lives are one possible direction within a much larger experience.
We begin with you: what is happening in your life, what you want to understand, what may be holding you back, and who you would like to become.
Through hypnosis, breathing, imagination, focused awareness, emotion, and intuition, the outside world begins to quiet and your attention turns inward.
From there, we follow what begins to emerge rather than trying to force the experience into a predetermined category.
The Soul Journey is the container. The landscapes are the places we may explore within it.
Before We Explore
Every Journey Begins With a Foundation
Before moving into any particular landscape, we create a place to begin and something meaningful to orient toward.
Safe Place
We begin by settling the body and creating an internal place that feels safe, familiar, or simply comfortable enough to begin exploring.
Intention
We connect with what you want to understand and begin defining the person you want to become and the qualities you want to strengthen.
Guide
You may connect with a guide, presence, symbol, inner figure, or another form of support before moving beyond the Safe Place.
Explore
From there we move beyond the familiar and allow the experience to reveal which direction seems meaningful to explore.
Where the Journey Can Go
Three Broad Landscapes to Explore
These are not rigid categories or three separate services. They are different directions that may become available within the same Soul Journey.
Another Lifetime
Past Life Landscape
The journey may open into an experience that seems connected to another lifetime.
You might experience another identity, environment, relationships, important events, emotions, repeating patterns, a death scene, unfinished experiences, or perspectives that seem connected with your life today.
You do not have to decide whether the experience is literally a past life. We can explore what appears and what it means to you.
Explore Past Life Regression →Your Inner World
Inner Landscape
Instead of moving primarily into another lifetime, the journey may explore your present emotional, symbolic, intuitive, and unconscious inner world.
Within the Inner Landscape, there are two broad directions we may explore.
Beyond the Everyday Self
Spiritual Landscape
Sometimes the journey seems to move beyond ordinary psychological or everyday awareness.
You may experience your Higher Self, spiritual guides, deceased loved ones, ancestors, soul-level awareness, symbolic spiritual environments, life-between-lives-type experiences, or something that simply feels larger than your everyday sense of self.
You are free to understand those experiences spiritually, psychologically, symbolically, or in your own way.
And Sometimes the Journey Goes Somewhere Else
Not every experience fits neatly into one landscape. A journey may move between several of them or take us somewhere neither of us expected.
The framework gives us possibilities to explore. It does not tell your experience what it has to become.
During the Experience
We Follow What Appears
You remain aware and able to communicate with me throughout the journey. I listen to what you are experiencing and use questions and guidance to help you explore it more deeply.
Notice
A feeling, image, memory, person, place, sensation, symbol, knowing, or experience begins to emerge.
Follow
Rather than immediately analyzing it, we stay with the experience and allow it to develop.
Explore
I ask questions based on what you are actually experiencing rather than trying to make your journey match a predetermined script.
Understand
We become curious about why this particular experience may have appeared and what it could be showing you.
Return & Integrate
Eventually we return to the Safe Place and then to ordinary awareness, bringing back whatever understanding, resource, perspective, feeling, or commitment feels important to carry into your life.
Your Interpretation Matters
Does a Soul Journey Have to Be Spiritual?
No. You do not have to believe in reincarnation, guides, a Higher Self, or any particular spiritual framework to experience this work.
Psychological & Symbolic
You may understand the journey as the unconscious mind communicating through imagination, emotion, memory, symbolism, body sensation, intuition, and different parts of yourself.
Spiritual & Transpersonal
Or you may experience something that feels like a past life, spiritual guide, Higher Self, deceased loved one, soul-level experience, or another form of consciousness that feels larger than your ordinary sense of self.
You Don't Have to Decide During the Journey
I am less interested in convincing you what an experience “really was” and more interested in helping you explore what happened, why it may matter, and what you can take from it.
Why People Come
What Can You Explore Through a Soul Journey?
You do not need a dramatic problem or a specific spiritual question. Sometimes the starting point is simply curiosity.
Begin Your Journey
You Don't Have to Know Where It Will Lead.
We begin with where you are now, what you would like to understand, and who you would like to become.
From there, the journey may lead into a past life, your Inner Landscape, a Spiritual Landscape, or somewhere completely unexpected.
