This is your second trance session ,and now that you've experienced the first, you're more familiar with how to ease in and allow your system to respond naturally.

This session introduces the first therapeutic layer of this journey: letting go. You’ll begin to release old thought patterns, stuck emotions, and lingering energy that no longer serves you. By letting go of the past ,and not clinging to the future you create space for something more powerful: presence.

And it’s in that space where real transformation begins.
