You don't need to practice hypnosis or do anything complicated beforehand. These simple suggestions will help you arrive comfortable, relaxed, and ready for your experience.

Day of Your Session

Keep the day simple and give yourself enough time so you don't feel rushed.

  • Get a good night's sleep.
  • Eat beforehand so hunger won't distract you.
  • Limit caffeine for about 4 hours before your session.
  • Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of your session.
  • Limit liquids during the 2 hours before your appointment to help avoid interruptions.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and allow enough time to arrive or connect calmly.
  • Continue prescribed medications as directed by your healthcare professional.
