📺How Hypnosis Works
Before your session, I encourage you to watch the three short videos on hypnosis. They’re not required, but they’ll help you feel more comfortable and confident going in. The more you understand the process ahead of time, the more time we’ll have to go deeper into your actual journey.
Think of it as pre-loading the experience—so when it’s time to begin, you’re already halfway there.

🎧 A Note About Audio
Wired headphones with a built-in mic tend to work best. If using wireless earbuds or headphone, just make sure they’re fully charged and the microphone sound is clear.

Just a quick heads-up—we’ll use video during the intake portion of our call so we can connect face-to-face. Once we begin the session, you're welcome to switch to audio-only if that feels more comfortable.
It’s always nice to see you, but it’s definitely not necessary for the work to be effective. Whatever helps you feel most relaxed is perfect.
⏳ Day of the Session
SESSION START TIMES
Sessions will start no earlier than 10 min prior to appointment time. Please be on time for your session. It’s better to be a few minutes early than late . If you happen to get there early, feel free to look around and shop. It's a really cool metaphysical shop that I'm in.
Final Checklist
💧 Limit Liquids (2 hours before) – to avoid bathroom breaks
🚫 No alcohol or recreational drugs (18 hours before)
💊 Prescription meds? – Check with your doctor if they may affect relaxation
☕ Limit caffeine (4 hours before)
🍽 Eat beforehand – Avoid distractions from hunger
😴 Get a good night’s sleep
🛏 Wear comfortable, loose clothing
👃🏼Perfume/Cologne: please dont wear any cologne or perfume as it can linger on the chair or room.

If you're unsure what you want to explore, focus on how you want to feel when the session is over.

This opens the door for your unconscious to guide you toward what you need most.
