Past Lives Are Like a Puzzle 🧩

Exploring a past life is like assembling a puzzle—you start with a few scattered pieces, and as you fit them together, a larger picture begins to take shape. One of the simplest ways to begin is by using the Affect Bridge technique, a method that connects you to a past lifetime through emotions, sensations, or thoughts already within you.

Here’s how I do it:

I tune into an emotion I’m ready to release—fear, guilt, sadness, whatever is lingering beneath the surface. But instead of just letting it go, I imagine that emotion leaving me and transforming into a door. That door holds a missing piece of the puzzle—the origin of that feeling.

For some, this moment is visual—they see the door forming, even catching glimpses of what’s beyond it. Others experience it somatically—a tightness in the chest, a pull in the stomach, a physical sensation guiding them forward. Some receive it linguistically—a phrase arises, like "I’ll never be safe," or "I’m not enough," revealing a past-life connection.

Once the door appears, we step through—and this is where the real puzzle-building begins.

The First 4 Puzzle Pieces 🧩

• 👣 Look down at your feet—what do you notice?

• 👉🏽Boy, girl, man or woman.

With these first pieces in place, the rest of the scene starts filling itself in.

I’ve found that the most impactful past life to explore first is often one tied to a challenge. These are the lives that hold unresolved energy—by stepping into them, we release, heal, and raise our vibration. It’s a cathartic process, far more transformative than simply visiting a peaceful lifetime (though some do need that first).

As the journey continues, we follow the emotion

🔹 Does it resolve?

The unconscious mind naturally starts filling in the missing pieces.
