Planting the Seeds of Transformation đŸŒ±

Whenever I guide a client through a session, we always begin with intention. This is the foundation—the seed we plant in the fertile soil of the unconscious. What do they want to grow?

I ask them to envision their ideal self—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Six months from now, three years from now—who are they becoming? They build this version inside themselves, shaping it in detail, until they can feel it as a real possibility. Then I ask:

“Do you want to be this version of yourself?”

The answer is always yes.

This is where the work begins. With that “yes,” we plant the intention deep within their body—somewhere they can feel it. As we enter trance, this intention becomes the guiding force, like installing new software in the unconscious mind.

From here, the journey unfolds. We seek out what stands in the way—whether it’s a past-life self, a fragmented part of them, or an attachment they carry. The session leads them into deep exploration, and by the end, they come face-to-face with the ideal self they envisioned.

This ideal version is no longer just a concept—it’s real.

They meet it, feel it, and integrate it back into themselves like a long-lost part returning home. This is the core of my Soul Journey Method—not just uncovering the past, but rewriting the future.

Because the mind, like the land, does not care what you plant.

It will return what you plant.

But it does not care what you plant.

Clearing the Weeds Before You Plant

If you want to do this work on your own, start by tending to your inner garden. Before new seeds can take root, the weeds must be pulled.

1ïžâƒŁ Find a quiet space. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine stepping into a garden—your inner landscape.
2ïžâƒŁ Notice the weeds. What beliefs, habits, or fears no longer serve you? What keeps you from stepping into your ideal self?
3ïžâƒŁ Breathe them out. With each exhale, release these old parts of you. See them drift away, like leaves carried off by the wind.
4ïžâƒŁ Rewrite your story. As you pull the weeds, imagine rich, open soil. Now, plant the new seed—your ideal self. See it growing, strong and vibrant.
5ïžâƒŁ Feel it within you. Place your hand on your heart, your stomach—wherever you feel this new version settling in.
6ïžâƒŁ Commit to your growth. Whisper the truth: “I release what no longer serves me. I am becoming my highest self.”

You are the gardener of your own mind.

What are you planting today? đŸŒ±
